Worship at Union

Our Sunday worship service is at 10:00 AM.

We strive for excellence in worship because He is excellent, and we don't want anything to distract attention from Him.

The Apostle Paul instructs us to sing "psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs" to one another (Eph, Col). We are to draw from the Scriptures, the great traditions of the faith, and new expressions of the Spirit in order to have God honoring, mutually edifying worship. At Union Baptist, we strive to do this every time we gather.

Colossians 3:16 best describes our worship service. We use scripture songs, traditional hymns, and spiritual songs. It is not our desire to imitate the world's music, but rather to imitate Christ as we seek His kingdom first. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever (Hebrews 13:8). Our music should be the same: timeless, contemporary and relevant.
